All metadata
The file never leaves your browser. Lossless strip/edit is supported for JPEG (EXIF), PNG (text + EXIF chunk), and WebP (EXIF/XMP). For any other type, or as a catch-all, re-encode to PNG drops every trace of metadata (it rasterizes, so animation and the original codec are lost). EXIF parsing uses the vendored piexifjs.
